Chateau d’Ouchy, on Lausanne waterfront, sold to Lausanne Palace
GENEVA / LAUSANNE, SWITZERLAND – The Loterie Romande’s offshoot, Romande des Jeux, Monday 4 July sold the Chateau d’Ouchy to the Lausanne Palace hotel and spa for CHF45 million. The Loterie Romande paid CHF35m for it several years ago with the idea of turning it into a casino.

Semily, East Bohemia, July 1 (CTK) – A district court Friday confirmed the claim of Johanna Kammerlander, heiress of the Walderode noble family, to the confiscated family property in the Czech Republic she has been seeking for years.
Kammerlander claims the Hruby Rohozec chateau and some adjacent land property.
Her lawyer Roman Heyduk said this was a moral victory, adding that he did not believe that the dispute was over since the defendants would appeal.
