Walderode heiress wins Czech property claim | Prague Monitor

Semily, East Bohemia, July 1 (CTK) – A district court Friday confirmed the claim of Johanna Kammerlander, heiress of the Walderode noble family, to the confiscated family property in the Czech Republic she has been seeking for years.

Kammerlander claims the Hruby Rohozec chateau and some adjacent land property.

Her lawyer Roman Heyduk said this was a moral victory, adding that he did not believe that the dispute was over since the defendants would appeal.
