A SPECIAL open day is soon to take place in the Isle to highlight a new project in the area.
The event, taking place on Saturday, June 3, at St Andrew’s Church, Epworth, is being hosted by the Isle of Axholme and Hatfield Chase Landscape Partnership and is highlighting the Castles and Manors Project.
Everyone is welcome to attend between 10am and 2pm to learn about upcoming archaeological investigations at Vinegarth in Epworth and how to get involved.
