Living room

The entire inside of the property, also known as Spreckels mansion, was stripped, replastered and painted. The top-to-bottom renovation also included new interior lighting and refurbished wood flooring. This is the dining area of the home, which was once owned by businessman John D. Spreckels, one of the most influential figures in San Diego history. Spreckels operated railways and local papers.
