London, July 27 : Walt Disney’s 12-room mansion in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, built in 1932 is up for sale for 3.65 million dollars.
The home was completed in less than two months on a 50,000 dollars budget after the Mouse House released a handful of successful short films, reports the Daily Mail.
It has a projection and screening room, once served as an in-home office for the Disney owner.
The four-bedroom LA home is gated and placed on an acre of land.
