CHILLICOTHE — Now there’s a great seat to the great view that inspired the great seal.

A new overlook terrace was dedicated Wednesday at Adena Mansion & Gardens on a spot where visitors can take in the same view of Mount Logan that is said to have inspired the Great Seal of the State of Ohio.
