Soon-to-be newlywed Nick Lachey has put his house on the market for the second time this year.
Last June, the former 98 Degrees singer listed his Bel-Air estate for $6.8 million, but after two months he had a change of heart. Now, a year later, the pad is for sale again at $5.9 million. It’s perfect timing, since Lachey is set to marry Vanessa Minnillo in just a few weeks.
