KALAMAZOO — The legal dispute between the owner of Henderson Castle and the operator of the bed-and-breakfast has been resolved, according to both sides’ lawyers.Robert Jackson Jr., owner of the historic house overlooking West Main Street, plans to dismiss the lawsuit. His attorney, Pat Lennon, said the paperwork to formally dismiss the lawsuit should be filed next week in Kalamazoo County Circuit Court.

Swansea’s Oystermouth Castle has reopened after the completion of the first phase of a £1m revamp.

The work provides public access into part of the castle for the first time in hundreds of years.
