The Lord Mayor of Dublin has claimed the Mansion House is haunted. Fine Gael Councillor Naoise O’Muiri has told the Irish Sun that his daughter was once spooked by a ghost in the iconic building which dates back to 1705.

Luxury Kings Gate mansion in Plano sells at auction – Dallas Business Journal

It took 11 bidders, but New York-based Concierge Auctions says the luxury Plano mansion, known as Grand Gables at Kings Gate, says it received the highest recorded sales price Thursday for a Kings Gate property in the past four years.
