(WXYZ) – A Victorian mansion that is now an apartment building is on sale in Brush Park. Matt O’Laughlin, a real estate broker, said, “There is a lot of buzz in the neighborhood.
The building used to be a dilapidated mansion, until it was renovated. It was built in 1885 and is now called “The Edmund.”
It’s hard to believe – but the building was standing with no roof or floors for years.

The luxury hotel chain at the heart of the French LOV Group, has been given permission to open a hotel close to the Orangerie in the Chateau of Versailles.
The hotel, which is expected to open in 2018, will consist of three disused buildings that have been empty since 2008, and which were built during the 18th century.
