Husband-and-wife duo Nick and Vanessa Lachey have recently listed their six-bedroom, eight-bathroom family home in Encino, Calif. According to Trulia, the couple, who purchased the sprawling mansion for $2.85 million in 2011, have bumped up the asking price to a whopping $3.995 million.

A $20 million mansion with a private beach in Vero will be sold at auction later this month.

The 24,000-square-foot mansion is called the Palazzo Di Mare.

At $20 million, it’s listed higher than the nearest comparable estate which sold in 2015 for $17 million.

A record number of guests attended Dayton History’s annual open house at Orville Wright’s mansion, Hawthorn Hill.

Attracting 550 visitors, Wright At Home 2016 was a sell-out before Sunday’s event even started.
