A property that was once the headquarters for the Australian Nazi Party failed to sell during an auction when the vendor bid reached $500,000 less than the $7.5million reserve price.

Negotiations with realtor Sotheby’s International continued hours after the auction was over with interested buyers’ eager to purchase Sydney’s most historically significant home – The Lyndhurst estate.

Old Manor House in Long Clawson opens its doors to the public next weekend – Melton Times

The Old Manor House in Long Clawson, reputedly the oldest house in the Vale of Belvoir, will be opento the public on Sunday (May 29) and bank holiday Monday.
