Sands Point Preserve offers the grandeur of Gatsby

At the Sands Point Preserve on Long Island, you can step back in time to a world of opulence.

The 216-acre public park includes castles, hiking trails, formal gardens and views of the Long Island Sound. Part of the original Guggenheim Estate, the preserve is said to be the inspiration for the setting of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel “The Great Gatsby.”
