A luxury hotel is “holding staff to ransom” by refusing to pay tips to anyone who has worked for less than four months, a former employee has claimed.
Restaurant servers and kitchen staff at Thornbury Castle, which charges up to £36 per main course, are being unfairly denied access to their tips says a former member of staff.
