Update 05/03/2016: Writer slash actor slash director Tyler Perry is about to add another title to his stellar resume: Real estate mogul.
According to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Perry’s French Provincial mansion has sold for $17.5 million, breaking the record for the most expensive residential sale in Atlanta history. The site reports the previous highest sale in the city was a Buckhead estate that sold for $10.5 million in 2009.
